1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ConnecDNA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
2. Description of Service
ConnecDNA is a cross-industry trust infrastructure platform that provides identity verification, credential management, relationship tracking, evidence exchange, and compliance tools. The Platform is designed to serve individuals, healthcare providers, businesses, legal firms, and other organizations.
3. Account Registration
To use the Platform you must create an account with a valid username and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify ConnecDNA of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Identity Verification
ConnecDNA issues DNA Identity IDs (DNA IDs) upon submission of identity verification information. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities. DNA IDs are unique to each verified identity and may not be transferred or shared.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit unauthorized or unsolicited communications; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's integrity or performance; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its systems; or (f) engage in any activity that could harm ConnecDNA or its users.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Encrypted Communications
All in-platform communications are encrypted end-to-end. ConnecDNA does not have access to the content of encrypted messages. You are solely responsible for the content of communications you send through the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ConnecDNA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnecDNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
11. Termination
ConnecDNA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
ConnecDNA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
